According to Article 50 of the Water Code of Ukraine, the validity of special water use is established by the authorities that issued the special water use permit.
In order to obtain the right to use groundwater, it is necessary to obtain approval from the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine.
For the use of water bodies classified as therapeutic, approval from the Ministry of Health is required.

If approval is required from the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources or the Ministry of Health, the system allows you to save time and get approval from these authorities in parallel.
