DMYTRO KASHCHUK

Dmytro Kashchuk serves as the Director of Business Development and is the Chairman of the first Ukrainian Subsoil Use Committee at the European Business Association (EBA). He has played an instrumental role in the development of laws pertaining to geological exploration and the utilization of subsoil. Additionally, Mr. Kashchuk has participated in numerous international events specializing in subsoil use, such as Mines and Money in London, the Mining World Congress 2023, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Raw Materials Week in Brussels, the Web Summit 2022 in Lisbon, the Kyiv International Economic Forum, and UAFIN.TECH 2021, among others.

OLEXANDER HNEVUSH

Olexander, the Director of Client Relations, specializes in guiding clients from investor status to subsoil user status. He leads the geological direction within the company. With a total of 15 years in the geological industry, his career encompasses 4 years of scientific activity coupled with practical experience in management positions.

IVAN SKOVRON

Ivan is a lawyer with 5 years of experience in the field of subsoil use. He specializes in various legal domains including administrative, commercial, civil, corporate, contractual, environmental, and land law. Ivan has a notable track record, having successfully supported over 100 processes involving the granting, extension, renewal, and amendment of special permits for subsoil use. Additionally, he contributes as an author to expert columns in business media.

TETYANA KOTSYUBA

Tetyana is an environmental geologist boasting 17 years of experience in the industry. Her primary area of expertise lies in oil and gas geology. Currently, she leads the environmental department of her company. She has a broad specialization that covers all types of minerals and plays a pivotal role in supporting the geological and environmental activities of various enterprises.

TETYANA KSHANOVSKA

Tetyana is a geologist with 20 years of experience in the field, including 3 years dedicated to scientific activity. Her specialization lies in petrography. Currently, she leads the solid minerals department. Tetyana plays a key role in supporting subsoil users in the areas of ore and non-metallic minerals.

YULIA MYKOLYUK

Yulia is a lawyer specializing in conducting auctions for the sale of special permits and providing subsequent client support. She has amassed a successful track record in performing comprehensive legal due diligence on the financial and business activities of companies. Yulia excels in offering full legal support for transactions and representing clients' rights and interests in the sale and purchase of subsoil use objects.

NAZARIY RATSKY

Nazariy is an ecologist who specializes in providing environmental support to subsoil users. He is skilled in calculating emissions of harmful substances using specialized Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) programs. Additionally, Nazariy conducts thorough environmental impact assessments in the context of subsoil use and related industries.

EVHENIY MOROZ

Evheniy brings over 5 years of experience in geology, encompassing a wide range of skills including reserve estimation, geological modeling, exploration, data visualization, quality and sampling management, exploration drilling planning, geological mapping, and database management. Additionally, he is the author of numerous articles focusing on strategic raw materials and the development strategy of the subsoil use industry.

HALYNA FEDYUSHKO

Halyna is a geologist who specializes in providing support to subsoil users in the field of hydrogeology. She is adept at carrying out graphic constructions using specialized software programs. Currently, Halyna heads the hydrogeology department, showcasing her expertise and leadership in this area

HANNA VASYLYEVA

Hanna is an ecologist dedicated to providing environmental support for subsoil users. Her expertise includes conducting pre-project monitoring of subsoil areas and performing graphic constructions using specialized software programs.
